Improving your mobility for a better quality of life

Our Services

Therapy at the clinic

Our outpatient physical therapy clinic is located at 415 W. Buffalo St in Rawlins. We see a wide variety of conditions, such as orthopedic, post-surgical, neurologic, cardiac and pulmonary, amputations, and vestibular/balance issues.

We have specialized equipment including a harness system on site for patients who are not confident in their walking or balance ability. Because of our advanced training in neurologic injuries and our specialized equipment, the Mobility Center is the clinic of choice in Rawlins for rehabilitation of neurologic injuries.

Therapy at the gym or pool

While most of our care is conducted at our outpatient clinic, we do meet some of our patients at the gym or pool based on their needs.

Aquatic therapy is gentle on the joints and relieves some weight-bearing symptoms. We are happy to meet you at the Rawlins Aquatic Center for some of your visits to do physical therapy in the pool.

Towards the end of a patient’s plan of care, we often meet patients at their gym to incorporate their program into their gym routine. While we usually meet at the Rawlins Recreation Center (and can offer you a discounted membership), we are happy to meet at your gym of choice.

Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

Mobility Center is pleased to offer Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), as well as Work Conditioning and Return to Work (RTW) programs.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

We have a variety of mobility devices in stock for individuals in need of walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes, and other equipment. Equipment that is not already in stock can be ordered. We can also custom-fabricate splints with thermoplastic material.

True patient-centered care with an emphasis on the whole person.

At the Mobility Center, you can expect to receive one-on-one care throughout the entire session. When you are here, your therapist focuses on YOU.
